In an emergency
Contact the nearest hospital or blood bank first. Call several donors – some may be away or unwell.
Who can give blood?
- Healthy people of 18 to 60 years
- Weight at least 45 kg
- At least ९० days after the last donation
- Eat well and sleep enough before donating
